Ascalon Medical Office Building

Ascalon is a Class A medical office building developed to serve the rapidly growing communities of west Georgetown, including the Sun City area. Purpose-built for healthcare, the facility provides modern clinical space for independent medical practices and specialty care providers, bringing essential services such as cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, and diagnostic care closer to the local community.

Designed specifically for advanced medical use, the building includes infrastructure to support diagnostic imaging equipment, specialized medical systems, and future healthcare needs.

NovusSteel provided structural steel detailing services for this 700+ ton project, delivering detailed 3D models, shop drawings, erection drawings, and fabrication support for the primary structural framing system. Our scope also included the detailing of the architectural lobby stair and two steel stair towers.
